Today we're Playing Yakuza 2, after a bit of a rocky start with the first title Yakuza 2 is often considered one of the best stories in the series overall and a massive step up overall. A year following the ten billion yen incident, the Tojo are on the brink of war with the Omi clan, with their coffers empty and most of their former leadership gone, it falls on Kiryu's shoulders to deliver a truce to Jin Goda. However the hotheaded Ryuji Goda will not let peace reign, and a mysterious foreign syndicate comes out of the shadows for revenge on the Tojo.
