Well, this month has been quite a ride. A slower release schedule has resulted in more successful launches, and everyone seems to enjoy the new stuff. I'm glad!

This video was a huge deal to me. I wanted to talk about a country in the news, begin fulfilling the stretch goal for you folks, and get a feel for what videos were going to be like. Response as been really good, and I am trying a lot of new stuff.

August 21 - What is the Shinto Religion?

This project was one I had been sitting on for a while. I was waiting until Japan got into the news in a big way, but tbh I am happy with how it turned out. I played a lot more with making more goofs, and while I don't quite think I stuck the landing at the end, I think it went to some interesting places.

What's in Progress:

I am always working on scripts for the Cold War.

I also recently performed in A Midsummer Night's Dream for Olly from Philosophytube's charity livestream. That was really fun and for an amazing cause.

This month for Step Back I learned to get a more realistic idea of what these new videos take to make time-wise. I am always looking for ways to be more efficient, but for now I keep hammering away. My next video is going to be a new addition to the Democrats series on healthcare, where health systems come from, what the candidates believe about healthcare, etc etc.

So, this is still an ongoing project. Life is busy, but I am really enjoying the work. Thanks so much for your pledges this month, and I hope you get even more out of it come next month :)
