Recently a speech was held by the Dutch prime minister in which he talked about our past in the trans Atlantic slave trade. This was a very clumsy speech that was not really communicated with Surinamese interests groups and has been received lukewarm at best by anti racism groups over here. One thing I often notice is that other white people over here often just flat out don't really know what we did back in the day. Is there any way to change this on a mass scale?

Are you familiar with theories in regards to disabled people and ableism?(Books like Disability and Capitalism is a good start). One thing I have noticed is that disabled and neurodivergent people don't really have much in the way of a mass movement similar to what other marginalized groups have.
