Dungeon Stone Full Pillars (Update) (Patreon)

First release for the month, we've got reworked full pillars for dungeon stone.  There are four major updates to the files in this release.

• Like most dungeon stone updates, the pillars now have the new block floor texture as an option.
• the simpler pillars I think fit the style of the old floors.  For the block floor texture though I felt the pillars were too plain.  I added capitals and bases to the pillars on block texture making them a little more fancy
• 2x2 tile versions have been added if you want your pillars to be in the vertices between floor squares instead of centered.
• Scatter versions have been added.  for both square and round, there are 2", 3" and 4" versions.
