WGM Chapter 8 Progress (Patreon)

Production on Working Girls Monthly Chapter 8 is ongoing. I know, it’s taking a while, apologies! But I assure you, it’s gonna be GREAT!

I have always wanted to do a chapter that actually takes place in real locations in Japan. Ambitious, I know but its in my bucket list.

The events happen in real life Japan location of Shin Okubo station in Hyakunincho.

If you look at Google Maps, you will find the Big Echo Karaoke building just across Shin Okubo station of the JR Yamanote line. The events of Chapter 7 happened here.

Just one cartwheel spin across the street from Big Echo Karaoke, is the modest, Kaichu Inari Shinto shrine with an alley and a 7-Eleven convenience store right next to it.

This small island of spiritual location in the midst of Hyakunincho’s urban and neon setting is an important location for this chapter where a shocking development will happen that will change the course of the story from here on out.

It is quite a challange coz Im only relying on photos and videos as aive never been to this place. Someday, I wish to visit and pray at Kaichu Inari Shrine as its popular to be granting wishes (The name itself means “Win” or “Hit Your Mark”) and is quite popular among aspiring lottery and raffle concert tickets winners.
