But just so you know, do Dairygirls work differently than Mundain's common livestock?I mean, in your view of worldbuilding, are they more rich and specialized wizards than subsistence farmers?

Are snortoises meant to be 1500j instead of 150j per corpse or cheaper to feed? Or is a year a different length in this setting? 50j per snortoise and two 1j bags per day adds up to 780j per snortoise you raise to a year old. Even if you breed your own snortoises that's still 730j of feed plus whatever you spend on the parents. If you breed your own snails/worms then you still miss on the opportunity cost of not just selling them instead of feeding them to a snortoise.
