Tooth Faeries of course also steal hair, fingernails, boogers and dead skin, using that second sock you can never find as a handy swag bag.

It’s hypothesised that this is how faeries reproduce, by creating tiny versions of people they’ve stolen enough stuff from. It’s also assumed that’s why so many people occasionally have a thought that wasn’t theirs.

Very fair! I figured there could be vices about it or something like that, or have it tack onto monthly expenses, there's a lot of joke potential with it. I also liked the small lore snippets about how long it takes for the various races to gestate. More or less my brain is just like 'would there be rules for me rolling 1d30 and becoming immobile later.' single handedly repopulating towns/etc. Funny stuff like that, also natural milk production as potential stuff to get augmented.

That really woudln't be too hard, just roll a damage dice of whatever you think is applicable, I think? EIther way there's already swallowing rules - so just add 'digestion damage' from what I said, then set a dc off of moxie/brawn/etc.
