Despite U'qai's nationwide binge drinking problem, a citizen doesn't grow their satyr-like horns, hooves and tail until they've undertaken a sacred pilgrimage known as a "Booze Cruise" to a mysterious U'rohan island called "Ibeetha". 

While citizens of Oo'essay and Xanada seem to regard the U'qai as refined and cultured, U'rohans largely regard the U'qai as a rabble of drunken idiots.
