Thanks to a poll on Twitter, Dragonkin now have the appropriate amount of ovipositors. 

I assume one’s for eggs and the other’s for fun.

If I've understood Scalli's dragonkin biology correctly, the buff female guy (left) has the ovipositors to put eggs into the cute male chick (right) who'll fertilise and gestate. This means I still have no idea if you're using the right pronouns or not :)

Irl, Hemipenes usually are to 'grip' inside the female to avoid falling off. But those are more like two half-dicks, not twin full dicks. And these dragonkin look to have canine style knots as well, which already would do that role. So I'm going to assume that the two have different roles. Perhaps one deposits the eggs, and the other a fluid meant to cushion the eggs as they are deposited, and adhere them inside after a breif time and give the sperm from the 'female' a medium to traverse to each the eggs.
