Chapter 45 Delayed (Patreon)

Hey everyone, CrimCat here to sound like a broken record once again! (Seriously, I am so sick of having to do this.)

This week has been a rush to catch up with everything after my failed bouts against the computer, then my chronic foot issues flared up again yesterday and had me in constant pain, making it hard to focus on anything.

As of this moment, I'm 1.8k words into chapter 45 (assuming nothing gets removed as I polish things, and I swear I do cut stuff every now and then, no matter what my chapter lengths end up looking like), but that's nowhere near ready. I should have it up this weekend (Monday at absolute latest), as usual.

In additional good news, I do have a new idea for something to try with the computer! I just need to either get back ahead of things or (more likely) wait until book 5 finishes and take some time off to prep for book 6 and get the computer taken care of properly.
