I was recently going through some of the short videos I made over the years and realized… I never actually shared some of them here. 😅

And honestly, I had completely forgotten how much I loved making these.

This one was filmed back in 2021 with Nauzet. It’s exactly the kind of video I’ve always been drawn to: dramatic music, slow and deliberate movement, strong contrasts of light and shadow, and the body almost becoming a sculpture as it moves through the frame. It feels somewhere between a fashion film, a moving portrait, and a little piece of cinema.

I used to make videos like this quite often, but somewhere along the way I stopped. I started focusing more on the photography itself and these little cinematic pieces slowly disappeared from my work.

Watching them again now makes me wonder… should I start making videos like this again? 👀
