EN: These are weird times. This ain't any news. Three days ago, I got the news my friend Jack (the one in the photo) got an ictus (stroke) out of nowhere. Luckily, we didn't lose him. He is recovering, and he can already speak. But I would had never imagined someone that young would have to deal with this, especially being as healthy as he is. We were even planning to have a second shoot in September as he was working hard on his body. But now all plans have cuanged. I wanted to share this with you to remind you life can change abruptly, so make sure to live it at its fullest today. Don't leave for tomorrow what you can do today. One of the biggest lessons I'm getting from 2020 is to not give anything for granted. Love you all.ES: Estos son tiempos extraños. Esto no es ninguna novedad. Hace tres días, recibí la noticia de que mi amigo Jack (el de la foto) tuvo un ictus (derrame cerebral) de la nada. Afortunadamente, no lo perdimos. Se está recuperando y ya puede hablar. Pero nunca me hubiera imaginado que alguien tan joven tuviera que lidiar con esto, especialmente estando tan saludable como él. Incluso estábamos planeando tener una segunda sesión en septiembre, ya que estaba trabajando duro en su cuerpo. Pero ahora todos los planes han cambiado. Quería compartir esto con ustedes para recordarles que la vida puede cambiar abruptamente, así que asegúrense de vivirla al máximo hoy. No dejen para mañana lo que pueden hacer hoy.
