Fatui Anemo Operative - WIP (Patreon)

Elite Wind Operative. Arlecchino’s special force. Spy, assassin, no regular rank.

Official reason from Snezhnograd: after years of foreign missions, Zapolyarny issued a new field uniform directive. Less coat, more mobility, “better Delusion heat regulation” in the tundra. Unofficial reason: HQ wanted every Operative to look like bait.

Same tall hat. Same Anemo colors. The regulation coat is gone. What’s left is a tight leotard, open chest, and an ass the winter wind can’t hide.

WIP. Base model compatible. Pure visual.
