Actually probably good to watch these. Binging the whole series over 3 years is bound to lead to forgetting a lot of things. Plus the new parts are nice.

actually the book isn't a picture book it's mini clips of the memories they shared like strolling thru tic tok seeing all these little video's but in the form of a book so what we saw is how she'll see the memory when she looks back. as for those giving the memories there is more then just the mane 6 remember she is the princess of friendship she has many and also the mane 6 has never just been 6 we do have spike. but yeah these are all just call backs to old episodes with the creation of the book being new stuff
