Hello hello! It's been almost 5 years since my last set of textures and I thought they needed an update. Honestly now I remember why I waited so long 😂 it's so annoying to build all the set, I have exported/imported like 1000 files, too many tweaks until I liked the result hahaha.

I tried to make this texture bigger and more detailed, but I maintained the exact same 100 colors so you can still pick any hair you want from the other collections for your sims and they all will match. (Part of the amount of files I had to export was to get the colors as close as possible as the other ones). I'm too picky hahaha.

There's an extra thing about how I'll share the files, this time I uploaded them at CurseForge for one specific reason. Over time I had to update the textures (Werewolves pack update, I'm looking at you 😒) and I know some of you had issues with the hairs, didn't know I updated the textures, etc etc etc. And I know that with CurseForge app the files get updated automatically so I thought this would help us all with it. It's easier for me to update it and it's easier for you to be sure you have the latest version. And if you don't want to use the app you can just download the file directly from there 😊

I didn’t even know it existed before EA partnered with them hahaha. And awwww 🥹❤️ So far I only have one hair but there will be more using this new collection ☺️

Yes you do. They’re just new textures for new hairs, i just use a fancy name for them hahaha. Basically all hairs share these textures so I save space doing this instead of importing the same textures over and over in all the hairs I make ☺️

Sorry for dumb questions I’m still learning so do we download all three collections then to have all of the textures ?

Oh no no it’s not a dumb question, I understand it’s a bit complex at the start but I’m here to help ☺️. Usually all hairs (or any creation) have the textures inside. My hairs use the same textures so I thought that having them in one package instead of copying in each hair I make would save lots of space. The collection 1 works with hairs that use those textures, same for collection 2 and 3

Great work, Anto, as always ❤️. I wanted to ask you something: Can you imagine making your bangs/fringes available for children or toddlers as well? I love your banf/fringes and would also like to have them for the younger ones.

Anto, are we meant to delete the previous Chromatic? I have files titled Anto_S4Textures_Chromatic1_Base__NonHQ and Anto_S4Textures_Chromatic1_Base_v1.1_NonHQ. Do i remove them and redownload the Anto_S4Textures_Chromatic1_Base, Anto_S4Textures_Chromatic2_Base and the Anto_S4Textures_Chromatic3_Base? Im not sure.

Hello! No no, each collection are just textures required for hairs (with a fancy name). But I see you have the Collection 1 3 times, you only need one base of each :)

This is a new set of textures for new hairs, there's no need to touch the other textures 😊

Hello! I made this one hq, and the other ones too, because for non tech savvy people having so many files was very confusing so now it’s just one file for all ☺️ I’m also working on a new page with easier instructions on how to download them and all of that

hi! first of all thank you for your hard work in making this collection, it has made it so much easier to have my sims use custom colored hair and to be able to mix and match. i do have a question though, i notice with any of the chromatic collection add ons, such as if i use chunky, bicolor, etc, that they conflict with hat accessories (sometimes even with accessories in bracelets or gloves as well), and the hat texture gets put on the hair. is there a way to avoid this or fix it?

Hello!!! Thank you very much for your words, I am very happy that you find it so useful ❤️ As for your question, the chunky/bicolour hairstyles need an extra texture, and since sims 4 share the same texture for the entire sim I had to pick the part that belongs to hats for the extra colour of the hair, so chunky and bicolour hairstyles do not work with hats (or anything that uses the hat texture)
