hi! i'm not sure if you'll see this message - but in my game, your hairs are making my sims get that red/white error and are only visible when i remove your hairs! do you know if any other players are having this issue or if i need to update any of my hairs? (i really only use yours)

Hello! That issue appears when the game can’t find the textures. Did you download them? (It’s what I call the chromatic collection). You only need to download that once and it will work for all hairs ☺️

Hello! I am not sure which ponytail you’re referring to 🥲 I haven’t removed any hairstyle I’ve made so it should still be available. Could you tell me more details about it? Maybe I know which one you’re talking about ☺️

thank you! your Annette hairstyle, the straight hair w the middle part, im almost sure I saw a ponytail you made that look similar to that hairstyle and by that, i mean it had the same middle part and the pony part was just long and straight. i hope i dont sound crazy omg🥹🤣🤣

its possible😭 or it could have been a different creator and im just confused lol. thank you for checking! i hope im not overstepping if i ask but would you ever make a hairstyle like that? ive been looking for a plain slick pony for ages and it doesnt exist to my knowledge
