Hello there 😊

Lately I tried making one solid hair, and convert one for kids, but the rest were adult alpha hairs as I've always been doing, because it's the one I'm more comfortable with.

I'd like to know what you all prefer, as it may help me focusing the stuff I post here...

If there's something that is not on the poll, feel free to write it in comments, or if there's any suggestion you'd like to make.

I may be in the minority here but I'd really love to see hairstyles for older male Sims because no one makes Alpha CC for receding hairlines... All my elder dudes are either totally bald or full head of hair. A couple of "in the middle" options would make my life. Also old lady styles, like think Queen Elizabeth curls... there are a couple of people that make them but not really anybody that makes them well. Kid hairstyles that are sparse as well, (think about how a two year old with light blonde hair tends to have kind of sparse hair that fills in overtime) are impossible to find, at least no one does them super well. most of my toddler hairs are complete full heads of hair and that's just not really what many toddlers look like. It'd be cool to see some "tween" looks too, to help make teenagers look a little bit younger when they first age up... You know how at a certain age mom stops doing the kids hair and the kids do their hair and it's just sloppy at first.... I guess in general what I am saying is... You have made so many perfect hairs for perfect Sims and with more skin creators making "hyperrealistic" skins of elderly and young child Sims that having a very wrinkly character with flawless stunning hair is just... Silly. Weird idea but I'd also like a hair "series." Sometimes I have a hard time with a character deciding based on their everyday hair what their party hair or nighttime hair should look like... It can be hard to match lengths and textures well. I'll have a character with super long hair put in a ponytail and it gets significantly shorter because I don't have a long-ass ponytail that color, for example. So a series of 3-5 hairs that are kind of designed to be used together on the same Sim would be really cool. I'm thinking a normal day hair look, an updo, a messy bedhead look, a "semi-formal" look, and then a casual bun/pony that are all made with the same hair texture and length so you can just easily use all of those looks and have your character sorted. I only use Alpha CC so that's the most useful thing for me, and your hairs are fabulous.

Alpha for sure!!! And we could 100% use more kids' hairstyles, esp. for boys, and overall for kids something more age appropriate. I don't know any kids that look like they have a stylist following them and their hair is usually a lot more fine and sparse, like another commenter wrote. P.S. Your work is amazing!

I agree with pretty much everything Erin said. Alpha hairs designed for elders of both genders would be wonderful. Maybe do a limited color palette rather than your regular? Just a few gray tones and perhaps some "salt and pepper" looks for when our adults start getting up there in age? I don't know if that would be easier or harder though, I'd be happy with anything. I talked to you already about the mid-length male hair, but *any* male hair at all is so welcome. I find that most of the time when I find male hair styles that I like, the color/texture clashes with yours so much that I can't really use them in game. You're basically my sole hairstyle dealer at the moment lmao so a handful of male hairs that also work for children/toddlers would be amazing. Last suggestion, do you think you might have it in your schedule to open up a new patron tier that lets us request one hair a month or something? Personally I'd gladly pay for that and I wouldn't mind at all if you also used them to fill your TSR quota. Just some ideas!

Okay I lied one more suggestion... have you ever tried to make an afro or hair of that texture? I think that would be wonderful as well <3

You're right there, I never thought of making elder hair. At least male one would be easy with few strands hahahaha. Queen's hair is slightly complex, it's very... how to say, puffy? like if you brush curls. That is a bit hard to make, as I'd need something more defined to get the idea for the mesh Basically what I understood from your paragraphs is more hair but focused on other ages as something they'd wear. I totally agree with kids hair, I'm not into converting a full hair I did into a kid 'cause it looks like a wig, even tho the poll says the opposite 😂 Last thing, what you say about series of hairs, I've done that with few hairs. For male if I remember the names right, Flame and Spark are inspired in my own hair, when it's done and when it's not. As for the ladies, Hannah, Elena, Ally would work, also Elia and Elise, among others hahaha. Sometimes when I mesh a piece I really like, I think of how other styles would work with it so many of the female hairs I have match others . It's not really planned, it just happens hahahaha Thanks so much for your comment, it really helps me seeing what people need. I am creator, not player, so sometimes having a different point of view really helps :)

I'm glad alpha is winning 😂 Noted down that kids need more hairstyles based on their age, not adult hair ported to kid. And thank you very much ❤❤

All of you coincide in elder + kids hair hahaha. I will try to make those male hairs asap, right now I am working with balmain4sims on a collab but I will get on them soon :) And no need to open a tier for that, just tell me what hair you want, I'm always open for suggestions. Also hairs never look the same as in the pics, I can make something similar hahaha I will also reply your next comment here. I never "officially" tried to make afro texture, closest thing I did was wavy one, but maybe one day if I manage to make a pretty one I might make hairs with it :)

I know I'm a little late at the party but wanted to maybe suggest a possible Mohawk also, the MM version in game is popular but i would love this in alpha with your soft textures and amazing colour palette.

You're not late hahaha, this post is open for people at any time :) The Mohawk you mean is the one that came with Island Paradise? I never tried making a mohawk so I am not sure if it will look fine but I can try hahaha

Cheers Anto you're such a legend! I do wish you luck! if you do and yes the island living one, i have seen MM creations of it but I'm a alpha hair lover. I do hope it works or looks good i would love this hair especially as i have a lot of rebels in my games :) But if it doesn't work.. ahh well so be it I'm not one to complain either. I admire you take the time to do such a hard job I watched vids how to do hairs and just went yeah nah I'll stick with creating sims characters too hard basket for this black duck, but that's why i heavily depend on masters like yourself and others ;) - thank you for even considering to try it out, this has humbled me greatly :)
