Final Weekly Update 30-3-2026 (Patreon)

This is the final one of both the month and under this regular weekly rotation.  As indicated last week, I want to switch to a fortnightly schedule because that’ll give me more time to get something done for each Tier.

I guess it’s just as well next Monday (the 6th) is Easter Monday and therefore a public holiday, indicated here:  https://www.patreon.com/posts/before-bunny-154220482

Without further ado then:

Bronzaa Shines

Silverbeck Buffs

Goldioss Sponsos

This’ll be the last time they’ll be in their winter apparel, now I’m finally on British Summertime, clockwise.  No more weird time differences, hurrah!

I’m planning to take May off by the way, since I gotta work extra given I’m on holiday in November again (again mentioned last week).

Whee~.  Beyond that…?

This platform finalised its policy updates after feedback from members of the Creator Policy Engagement Program (CPEP) and the livestreams of last year.  You can find a summarisation of the updates here: https://news.patreon.com/articles/q4-2025-policy-updates-now-finalized-with-your-input  and my records of the livestreams here: https://www.patreon.com/collection/1877027

As illustrated here:

They’ve changed the way Content Creators received Refund Requests, so yeah, that’s a thing now.  Good.  More info here: https://www.patreon.com/posts/simpler-way-to-153601008 and here: https://www.patreon.com/posts/icymi-duplicate-153956930

Oh and they’re changing the way the App works, mostly so it’s easier to discover people without having to recall their exact name: https://www.patreon.com/posts/discovering-new-153761938 On a similar vein, you may have been seeing something like this:

Underneath posts you check via your e-mail rather than come on here directly.  Don’t panic; that’s this platform’s doing to make it easier to tell which posts come from whom if you subscribe to multiple accounts.  So mine will have my name on them. (which is handy if there is a more text-based post than an image)

And that’s about it, at least for the moment.

Please look forward to the results of my efforts and look out for my next update Monday after next.  If anything major or urgent comes out, I’ll either make a separate post or drop a note in the chat since I gotta start using that feature more often.

Take care, stay safe, stay well and should you celebrate it, Happy Easter.  Good luck.

Yours Sincerely,

‘Kamiduzaurus

P.S. Interesting side-note but a while ago, the CEO of this platform spoke against AI at SXSW, a Texas-based conference and festival for independent artists, filmmakers, musicians, tech people providing outlets for as such. Others in Toronto, Sydney and London have been held.
