June Journal (Patreon)

I had originally intended to use the Newsletter feature on here for the first time, but realised that I don’t really have that much to say.

Still, felt like I had to say something so there’s a new pinned post to replace the now outdated one from April.

So first off: I'm back! [Sorry, I couldn’t be bothered drawing an image for this part here.]

As you may (or may not) know, during the last month of May saw me exclusively work on personalised illustrations.  Sudden heatwave during the final week of May aside, I’d only just managed to finish things the first Monday of June.

Ergo, I had nothing really prepared in advance.  Oops.  I should really take a leaf from that one popular artist with that certain comic and actually plan things out properly.  It’s not like I’m working on a visual novel or anything.

That said, I did manage to complete a new page of Poking Around last Thursday.

And as you may or may not have seen, a new mini-comic last night (Sunday 7th). 

I’m tryinggg~.  For the moment, I’m aiming to have one page of each comic done, as well one of each VIPinnup and Patrons’ Choice.  I lose not the tail of this working week (12th, 13th) but next week (19th, 20th) due to attending a funeral.  And I need to get my skates on and determine the polls for July since I plan to take August off. 

So begging your patience; there are only so many hours in the day (and night).  Plus, who knows what life may unexpectedly throw at one? (dentist bills and updates to this platform for example).

And er, that’s it.  I’m going to “lock in” (to use modern vernacular) and get on with it.  Please look forward to what I’ll produce. I’ll have enough for the next journal to be a proper one.
