Comic #908: Timerunner (Patreon)

Holy moly this one took me a while.

I greatly underestimated how long drawing two long animated gifs was going to take. The first gif of Nyte running on remix didn't take too long, as it's only 10 frames, but the final panel needed to be at least 20 frames to make her look like she was properly slow. So in total I had to create 30 individual frames just for the first and last panel.

For those of you unfamiliar with the Remix system in the current game, you get a cloak that greatly increases your stats, including most notably, your run speed. So swapping to and from remix and getting back to normal run speed can make your character feel like they are walking in slow motion.

Also, look! I got to make another loading screen tip joke! Those are my favorites.
