This feature in the game is so minor I'm a little worried nobody will find it relatable or funny. It's just one of those things I always found mildly amusing and wanted to joke about it somehow.

The quest windows originally had most of the actual text from the real quests, but I felt that they distracted from the rest of the comic. I want as little dialogue as possible. I similarly had Gigz block most of the auction house panel so that only the pertinent information was visible.

I use a lot of UI panels in my comics (like the quest window in this one) which means I can usually copy paste most of the panels from older comics and just edit the content. However, they recently changed the auction house UI, so I had to actually put some actual work in on that one.

This UI update in the auction house baffled me. It added almost no improvement, solved no problem and threw the Auctionator people out of the path. Really, dumbest pointless upgrade ever.

I *believe* there was a lot of back-end updating too. I don't follow forums (I don't have time for that!) but my understanding was that there were LOTS of complaints of people posting vast quantities of stackable items in units of 1, bloating the ability to look for things. ALso, lots of undercutting by coppers - usually 1 copper. I personally think that both of those things were caused by addons automating bulk posting, and automating undercutting. I've only ever used Auctioneer, and while it was automated somewhat, bulk posting always required at least one hardware click for each auction posted. I believe that's required by blizz. I'm not sure what they've done about bidding vs buyout; there was one person on my server that would post items with really low bids and about 10% high buyouts, and anything that got a bid was cancelled and reposted. I asked him (in mail) why he was posting with bids he wasn't willing to honor, and got blocked. *shrug* There weree lots of issues with the AH.

Fortunately on my main server Moneylite™ isn't that expensive... last time I checked it was around 25g. I had 2 stacks I wasn't using and thought it would be a nice cash boost to sell it. :(

Extorter McDwarf's quest completion dialogue is hilarious!
