Comic #750: The Maw (Patreon)

For those of my readers who no longer play, The Maw is a zone from the new expansion that initially has mounting completely disabled. We're so used to mounting every time we move that it's hard to unlearn.

I will literally do this multiple times over the course of a few seconds. I'd be concerned about my mental health if all of my friends in game weren't experiencing the exact same effect.

I thought about using Gigz as a healer in the last panel, but I decided in the end to kind of break the fourth wall and use a doctor, because ultimately the joke is he's questioning his sanity as a player of the game, not as his character. Some keen-eyed readers may recognize the doctor from #389. He also appeared later (or rather, earlier?) during one of the time travel arcs in #397.
