This is a common trope that I use where the first and final panels are identical or near identical. Usually the idea is that nothing has changed despite what goes on in the intermediary panels.

The amount of exposition that Nyte is dumping on Donald is usually something I try to avoid, but I think it helps sell the punchline a little better. She spent so much effort trying to explain to him how the system works and in the end it's barely any different from Donald's initial impulse.

The dialogue was a challenge here because I wanted to make sure to explain the system within the comic. I also needed to cover possible plot holes, such as why Donald didn't use a guild crafter, etc.

Maybe in the future I'll explore why the hell Donald is sending Krom milk, or maybe I'll just leave it as a weird mystery. If I can just find a reason to show Krom's mailbox...

Nyte is literally me with some guildmates of mine. No matter how many time I say them the same thing, they simply don’t understand 🤦🏼‍♀️

I really hope the milk thing is Donald grossly misunderstanding something. Like, if someone in guild chat said that "Krom likes those big mommy milkers" and Donald thinks "Wow Krom likes milk".
