There's so few "single" Moémon entries left to work with so they're usually a treat when I finally do work on them as I don't have to make an entire family, but this one took nearly as long as a whole set due to her accessories. Although, my understanding of MatEdit has come a long way and I know that if I did Sigilyph a couple years ago, she probably would have 3x the accessory count. Now I know how to condense it by using multiple material layers per accessory, like with her wings / wing color. Looking closely, it isn't actually a texture file, but multiple layers of alpha + coloring. In fact, there's probably still an easier way to do this, but this works for now to save accessory slots.

Not that it really matters I guess, since they aren't meant to be adjusted or turned off, but whatever. Also, I didn't really do alt outfits for this one other than the obvious gym, swim and sleep. I really couldn't think of what to make for her.
