Hey all, 

This update was massive in comparison to its predecessors, I added 150 new images and the coding exceeded 2,700 lines. As always, let me know if you find errors or spelling mistakes. The RenPy format, to me, makes it really easy to overlook spelling and grammar mistakes so I'm constantly having to correct those. 

First: the crunched version was developed by another user for me and this is my first time uploading one. If there's problems with it, let me know and we'll do damage control. Apparently, this version changes the image file format and reduces the quality of the images by around 10% (I think...). I honestly didn't notice a difference in the image quality from the regular version. However, at user request, I have uploaded the regular version so you can easily browse the images.

 A second thing to point out is that I only have one download link right now. Basically, I was using Mega before but it has an annoying download cap so we appear to have outgrown it for the regular version. Hopefully, the Google Drive link will work for everyone. If not, leave some comments about the problems and we'll figure it out. 

I'm also not posting a changelog this time around because it's sorta pointless. I fixed a few past spelling errors and the rest of the update is all Chapter 5 storyline. Nothing in the previous builds was changed.

 Warning: I expect mixed reactions to this update so if you start mentioning spoilers in your comments, please designate that your comment contains spoilers. 

As always, It's a new update and I'm absolutely terrified. This part of the story has been planned for a loooong time. I've dropped hints about things in the past so we'll see how it actually works out from a writing standpoint. Hit me up with your thoughts...

Thanks as always for sticking around and supporting me on this. While this entire process is cathartic AF for me, it's always humbling to see people invested, pledging, or even tapping a like button. I love comments and debating about the story--good or bad. If you disagree with things, I consider that supportive as well. There are countless times that the input from Patreons has helped correct things before they got out of control in the past. It also lets me know the mood of the community and whether people are interpreting or reacting the way I intended to certain events.

This comment will contain SPOILERS. Don't read if you haven't played the update yet. It was quite a long update actually. I thought you'd exaggerated a bit when you said it, but no, it was a long one. In general, all in all I liked it. Finally Zack has gained permission to shower with Braden together! One by one, update after update, Braden has become more and more comfortable around Zack. It's great to see Braden making all that progress. Personally, I am very intrigued by Mikhail. So I was very happy there wasn't just one time of swim practice but two. And Mikhail seems to be able to see through Zack. Or at least to see something that he's not supposed to see. I'm really intrigued and curious about that. Mikhail could be Zack's confidant if only... yeah if only he trusted Mikhail more. And that's one of the things I didn't like in this update. Why would Zack lie to Mikhail? He tells Braden he is gay on the very first day. But he lies to Mikhail about being gay. Why? And why aren't we given any reasons for that? Normally we can see inside Zack's head and read his thoughts and reasoning. Telling Mikhail should at least have been a decision for the player to make for Zack. But in any case, I feel like, NOT telling it Mikhail requires a better explanation than doing it. Why would he not trust Mikhail? That dude is chill. The second thing I didn't quite like or understand was Braden's reaction at the very end. Why would he believe anything that Zack was telling Mikhail? I think it's pretty unreasonable to assume that Zack was hetero and pretended to be gay. It's usually the other way around. Which is what is happening. Zack is hiding being gay and that is obvious. And I don't understand why he is doing it. And I also don't understand why Braden would believe any of it. In the end I feel like it should have been the player's choice to tell Mikhail and I would have done so. I would have done so in real life even with a guy like Mikhail. As you know, I like Mikhail more and more. And to be honest right now, I'm more intrigued how the relationship between Zack and Mikhail will develop than the relationship between Zack and Braden.

[SPOILER ALERT] Hey Aaryn, i was looking forward to this update AND i'm not disappointed. Braden is more comfortable with Zack, enough to get naked in front of him. I think he does it on purpose to tease Zack because he knows that Zack has feelings for him ;) Also let's talk about the end,it was fucking sad to see Braden like that ;( I think Braden is disappointed because Zack first told him that being gay did not bother him but in front of Mikhail he was pretending to be a straight, Would Zack have lied to him? I guess we'll know more at the next update, i can't wait !

[Spoiler]Well, I have to say that this update was fairly entertaining. The conclusion of the chapter however came as quite the astonishment, but given how few competitive sportsmen are upfront about their preferences in general I can understand Aryn with a mind already swirling with conflicting emotions choosing the way of a craven. I may suffer from misconception here, but to me Mikhail always radiated a more homophilic attitude especially given his blatant flirting with Zack during the lockerroom encounters. His support should be a given. I'm eagerly awaiting how this little detour will be resolved.

[Spoiler alert I guess?] You did not just do that, did you? It ended like this... Nooo WHY, this is so ... I don't know what to say, it's so sweet and yet it angers me a little. Why? Because Zack betrayed himself, imo. I am soooo hyped to see what happens after tho. For me it was really one of the best updates so far. I had tons of fun and I do love the direction you are going. Oh I just had a thought ... Braden wont tell him, even if Zack knows that something is up and it can't be repaired soon... Oh no. What have you done Aaryn? D:

Hey Aaryn, great update!!! I love the story. I get what everyone is saying about Mikael, but I have to admit I’m more of a #teambraden fan! The ending did feel a bit rushed with how everything that was said came so out of nowhere. But I also feel like it sets us up for the next update. I love the relationship between Zack and Braden. I can see Mikael as a friend but nothing more. I wish we can learn more about the other guy(s) on the swim-team, maybe meet some of Braden’s wrestling team members... just to give everyone a bit more depth. Buuut that’s probably just me. Seriously, I can’t wait to see how Braden and Zack’s relationship progresses.

So I think Patreon is deleting comments again. A few people checked in and I was able to read the comments then they disappeared again. One I responded to in private. Barbara, to answer your comment about the locker rooms being one in the same. Yes, they are different--they're in different buildings in fact. However, it's the same model. Originally, I was going to stick with the old locker room shots for the dorms but I've grown a bit with my lighting technique so I've slowly started to change the lighting starting in Chapter 5. I know this may appear inconsistent with the story but keep in mind that this entire version is still an overall first draft. Honestly, I'd rather fix things now so that you can actually see growth in the game instead of just letting every locker room shot look like ass. But yeah, it can look a bit confusing. Hopefully the shots looked better in Chapter 5 than in previous chapters, though.

Hello, this visual novel is fantastic. So far no sex, but it is hot as a hell. Emotions between characters, their feelings, thinks make them closer for a reader. Story is so gay related that everyone with homo feelings can find in it his own life stories, it is so great, thanks for this :) And of course great 3D arts that looks fantastic, both guys are handsome and hot (hairs are so cool). I would like to see more legs and feet massage for Braden. Guys are quite often barefoot but they have no footplay, it could be added in the future. Keep up working Aaryn, you do fantastic work.

Hi there again. I am after a whole day yesterday playn the game. I still cant stop thinking bout it. As once Zack said a whirlwind of hormons, emotions and thinks... But I want to write some my opinions and feelings about game and characters. First of all I like that you show us in a very comprehensively way Zacks inner life, feelings and reactions. And you use for it all the senses. Thats drives crazy sometimes ;) (Like Bradens sweat after training :P) Its nice Zack gonna be a psychologist, and we see how he grow up emotionally, not only for himself but also for Braden. He is very sensitiv and emotional boy only hiding behind sarcasm and indifference. It looks like his former life teached him taking care bout himself alone, and show no weaknesses or problems. Thats why he is quite smart introveric observer type defensing by sarcasm and ironic tales. He isnt self-confidend enough because of anxiety of Am I doing right? or Am I good enough? and now he is worry about his future with Braden, what if I lost him cause of my foult? That would be devastating for Zack. Once he mentioned about Abraham Maslov theory of human needs. Thats good begging to understand human reactions and needs, but its not enough to know complexiv reasons and sometimes unconsequensive way of behaviour. I hope he will have some lectures about psychoanalisis, especially Object relations theory, it will help him to understand himself and Braden. Zack now realizes that Branden isnt just a boy to catch and fuck. At first he just was fascinated Bradens look and wanted to satisfy lust. But later Braden become not only nice boy (the same door ;)), but a friend, and now someone that Zack loves, care, and want to be with. I wish them luck and happy ending. Zack need to stop blaming himself and accept that some pervert feelings arent bad and connect it with care, respect and responsibility that he feels to Braden and realize what is more important? One pervert night or happy years with beloved partner. Braden is shy and quite back out in relations to new people. He is worried about his impulses and growing body reactions. His boners and reactions for massage shows he need to be satisfied and get to know what his needs are. His family didnt teach him anything bout sexual relations and even talking about needs. Thats why he is so blocked and embarrased during closer situations. But we can see that he is quite open and trusted to Zack (poker and shower together), and still they both moving the borderline of what is ok or not ;) Braden need to know that body reactions are just fine and think what his sexual needs are. Who about is he dreaming? Who is important to him in more than friendship way? Very nice in that story is Mikhail, I think he is guess that Zacks and Braden relation isnt just a friendship and will help them to claryfy their needs and emotions to eachother, I hope it will be so. Mikhail talks in a very smart way, and looks great with this tribal tatoo and hot big nipples and cock ;) Yea, I mentioned cock, Huh... Zack's penis is very cute, with its banana shape when is hard. I like it.
