Hello again! 

Welcome back to the internet, we have all the things and now we have this! It's time to visit Middle Earth and really REALLY embrace out inner geeks.  To say that I've received "some requests" for this song would be a gross understatement, and while I do love an understatement (especially a gross one) today is not the day to hide our inner Bilbo Baggins. We must embrace him, we must have second breakfast with him, and then we must, you know, sing this song with a bunch of dwarves, because dwarves are awesome at harmony and their axe skills are second to none.

"Far Over The Misty Mountains Cold" is a song from "The Hobbit". The iconic hummed melody intro is the stuff of bass lore, which is probably why I've had so many requests for it. There are LOTS of versions of this tune out there but as far as I can tell, none of them are quite like this. 

HUGE shout out to Layne & Tony over at Pattycake Productions for lending out their Villains Lair set for the production of this video and lighting the whole thing wondrously. Makeup was expertly applied by Rick Underwood, (if you're wondering which version of me is the REAL me, it's the hairiest one). And of course my favorite camera person, Kathy never missed focus even one time or tripped over the camera tripod, which is incredible considering how clumsy and tired we both are.
