Baritone. Yeah, sure, riiiiiiiight. 😝 My one and only trip to Orlando was when I was like 9 or 10. We were in the park for three days. There’s only three things I remember with crystal clarity. 1) It was HOT with levels of humidity that were beyond reason. (We were there in August) 2) Reading the sign that described the next planned attraction: Epcot Center, and the detail that they were breaking ground on it next year. I thought that the building shape was super cool and I really hoped I’d be able to come back when it was done and see it. 3) The Haunted Mansion. That was so far ahead of it’s time, and completely unique to any ride I’ve been on before or since. There were three of us: just my parents and me. Mom and I were in one car, my Dad was by himself in the car behind. When we got to the point ghosts appeared in our cars, the one in my Dad’s car had his build and height. And since he was riding alone, he sat in the middle and the ghost overlaid him perfectly. Mom and I found it hysterical beyond reason, even more so when Dad started waving his arms and the ghost appeared to have four arms. He said later he was trying to push the ghost out. 😁 That is literally the only ride I really remember. I know I rode coasters and we saw a lot of shows, but I couldn’t tell you anything about them.

I went to Disneyland with my family last Christmas, and the Haunted Mansion was all Nightmare Before Christmas-ified. I thought that the blend of those two themes was possibly the most VoicePlay-ish thing that could happen to that ride, but also, I REALLY missed the Grim Grinning Ghosts song. This is by far my favorite of your live shorts yet. Thanks Geoff! 👻
