Kan E Senna is gambling outdoors in Gridania. Her fortune has been good recently, so lots of free shiny gils flood into her pocket. But Gambling can be a dangerous game when people puting too heavy weight of bets in it. The action of winning from others too much is already a bad karma itself, not to mention a person's suicide of his/her assets. So please do it mildly and only for entertainment, and do not be addicted under fire-disaster-like desire.
