Guys, there were so many great ideas, it was hard to pick just three.

Vote on the three finalists for which suggestion will be made.

If you do Ugly girl one, You have to show her after each wish so we can see the effect. Also have her get more desperate.. By the last , have her "I wish I looked like a bimbo" and the fountain takes the wish literally and make her look and think like a bimbo.

I love the surgery one, if the wish one works I hope she will gradually be getting lip implants and waist reduction to complement her expandable breast implants that are filled successively, as she ignores the Victoria secret girls who keeps measuring her into bigger and bigger bra sizes as she bubbles out of her current size with tighter, shinier, newly stretched titskin. Hopefully her tops will show more and more stomach as she grows. Would it be possible to do a video as a wish comes in showing her implants filling as she watches in a mirror?

If the surgery one wins I hope she gets a series of massive fills for her expandable breast implants, lip implants, and more and more extreme waist reduction until she becomes addicted and falls in love with her doctor who wants her to be the bustiest, ultra skinny girl ever.
