Ben, you can upload GIFs to Bsky! You have to upload them as videos, not as images.

Omg my friend who is named "Nikolaj Johan Mikkel". He got two younger brothers one named "Johan" and one named "Mikkel" (also theres an irrelevant sister). Every time I think about that it drives me insane, who names their child three names then makes 2 more and names them one of the first Childs names.

So I did some research on the Tootsie Roll story, and this was from a website linked to the actual Marine Corp: "Have you ever wondered why Tootsie Rolls hold significance with the Marine Corps? During the Korean War, the First Marine Division met the enemy at Chosin mountain reservoir in subfreezing temperatures. Out of ammunition, Marines called in for 60mm mortar ammo; code name “Tootsie Rolls.” The radio operator did not have the code sheets that would tell him what a “Tootsie Roll” was, but knew the request was urgent; so he called in the order. Soon, pallets of Tootsie Roll candies parachuted from the sky to the First Marine Division! While they were not ammunition, this candy from the sky provided well needed nourishment for the troops. They also learned they could use warmed Tootsie Rolls to plug bullet holes, sealing them as they refroze. Over two weeks of incessant fighting, the 15,000-man division suffered 3,000 killed in action, 6,000 wounded and thousands of severe frostbite cases. But they accomplished their goal and destroyed several Chinese divisions in the process. Many credited their very survival to Tootsie Rolls. Surviving Marines called themselves “The Chosin Few.” " I also saw a comment in a video about it where a guy said his scout master had been at Chosin and "He Hated Tootise Rolls, but said they were alright when that was all you had" but also "Never mentioned their using them to seal pipes or bullet holes" but it would have been a weird part of the story to bring up. I didn't see anything saying it was outright false though. But it certainly wasn't Vietnam as the AI suggested.

Thanks for allowing comments on YT. As someone who is not a discord user it makes me feel more engaged with the community despite some of the bonkers comments.

Do not get a physical office or venue just for Minmaxx, either get a location and set it up in a way you can rent it out to other podcasters in the area o just get a venue for specific events. I really wouldn't want this thing you guys built to become a KindaFunny or RoosterTeeth.

Dan Childers

You guys should just do the first half of the spike show and make the second part a vote for next time.

Can confirm I was a first time patreon subscriber to get access to the Pissy Zone. It was a fun watch, would love to see more "relaxed" content like that.

Thanks for turning down ads for sports gambling. Insane how prevalent they’ve become over the last few years.

Bonus pod can sometimes win out from The main show depending on the week. I love all of the past iterations of it! Everyone has done great job. But it feels real solid now. Very much standing on its own more than before.

Great episode!

Ben, don’t underestimate how cool it would be to rent a studio for a day to have everybody podcast together. I’d be surprised to see MinnMax go all in on something like a big studio when there are so many contributors who live in different places. For me sustainability is my number one want from you guys and I could never have imagined that MinMax would turn into what it did when I was listening to the first episode. So big goal accomplished in my mind!

Love every episode of bonus pod but the business blasts are always special. Thanks for taking the time to discuss

Honestly would love to see 1 "returning option" for new show plus every week.

Glad to know I'm not alone when Ben is talking about how insane the internet can be sometimes. It's hard to accept that there are people out who think so radically different, even on basic logical things.
