The Summer Game Fest 2025 Travelogue (Patreon)

MinnMax is only able to attend Summer Game Fest every year because your support on Patreon has turned us into a real gaming outlet, so it's only fair that we share the full experience with you! Kelsey Lewin and Jacob Geller attended the big show for the first time this year along with Janet Garcia, this travelogue is a whirlwind tour of the event! Watch and share our travelogue video here - https://youtu.be/FixaSlwkSp8

There is also a 6-hour version of this video available if you upgrade to the Backstage Pass tier, where you'll also unlock extended versions of our trip to Brazil, Rapid-Fire rough cut screenings, the post-GOTY debate unleashing known as The Pissy Zone, and more

This year we're delighted that Lost In Cult is sponsoring MinnMax's Summer Game Fest coverage and paying for the team's travel! You might know them as the fantastic publisher of Jacob Geller's new book How A Game Lives, but they also just launched a physical games label called EDITIONS. EDITIONS from Lost In Cult is a "prestige, design-focused games label that's doing physical games different, better, in the perfect way for collectors, honoring games in the way they should." Lost in Cult believes in preserving these incredible games in physical form so they can never be taken away and presenting them in a beautiful package filled with extras, they're striving to the "The Criterion Collection" for games. The first games launched in this format are Immortality, Thank Goodness You're Here, and The Excavation of Hob's Barrow, look at these things!

Clicking this link and checking out EDITIONS or even getting Jacob Geller's book How A Game Lives for 5% off helps MinnMax keep great sponsors like Lost in Cult around, so click through please! Use code MINNMAXLIC for 5% off site-wide - https://bit.ly/MinnMaxLIC
