Great episode! I got a rec for Ben and Jacob: How the Word is Passed: A Reckoning with the History of Slavery Across America by Clint Smith. Its a much easier read than it sounds and Smith is an incredibly talented writer/ award winning poet.

Two books I've really enjoyed that dealt with psychology come from Jonathan Haidt: 'The Righteous Mind, Why Good People are Divided by Politics and Religion' and 'The Anxious Generation' which details how technology and social media is impacting children's developing brains.
