Hey everybody! Due to Ben taking a vacation, there will not be a New Show Plus poll happening the next two weeks. We'll have bonus content going live on YouTube to help fill the void, and then we'll pick up the poll again when I get back on March 9th.

Every week New Show Plus lets supporters at the Backstage Pass tier on Patreon vote to choose a new show for us to create, or to continue an older show from a previous week. If you missed the reveal, you can learn more about the format in this quick video.

So check out your options below, and vote to choose the next episode we create for New Show Plus airing Tuesday on Twitch!

Star Wars: Episode I - The Phantom Commentary - Star Wars: Episode 1 has one of the greatest making-of documentaries of all time, and JeffM has never seen it. It's available for free on YouTube, so you can sync up your viewing with us as we watch the trainwreck unfold. It pulls no punches and shows every "interesting" decision George Lucas makes. This would also be available in the bonus podcast feed.

Cat Camp - Do you like cats? Do you love cats? Leo Vader and Jacob Geller would play Mewgenics while showing off their cute cats in real life.

The Puzzle Olympics - Janet will indoctrinate the crew into falling in love with custom puzzles in Jigsaw Puzzle Dreams, where you can play online for free with friends. We'll upload MinnMax pictures into puzzles and have a good, chill time.

Is This Curling? - Episode 2 - Let's learn the rules of curling by playing Let's Play Curling on the Nintendo Switch, it's developed by the same folks who made Quest64 for all you sickos out there. You can watch us attempt to go curling in last week's video here.

Choose wisely, and may the best show win! Remember you can vote on multiple shows if there are a few you're interested in, and the winner will be back on the poll next week for a potential follow-up episode! Don’t be bummed if your choice doesn’t win the poll, if we hit our New Show Overflow sub goal on Twitch we revive a rejected show for a fun one-off!

We’ll be going live at noon Central on Tuesday, so we’ll see you on Twitch. Feel free to shoot a sub on Twitch our way (you have a free one with Amazon Prime) and you’ll get us one step closer to reviving a rejected idea for New Show Overflow.

I would love to learn curling for real, and the background of that game is crazy

I haven't seen the Phantom Menace doc in over 20 years. I don't think I really took it as critical, so I'm jazzed to rewatch it with wiser eyes. Although even back then, my reaction to "it's like poetry - it rhymes" was "c'mon, that's just a fancy admission that you're repeating yourself."
