For years now, Ben Hanson, Jeff Cork, and Jeff Marchiafava have used Thanksgiving as an opportunity to give thanks to everything great in the world of gaming. We run down 25 reasons to be thankful, but really it's just an opportunity to make jokes about video games released that year.

This year we're reunited with Leo Vader, but that's not all... we also want you to join us! Submit a joke as a comment below, we'll be choosing our 25 favorite jokes from the community to share on the video. The typical format is "I'm thankful for _______ this year, because ____________." But, you know, make it your own. Feel free to submit more than one, just keep them clean and don't be too mean. You can watch our video from last year to get an idea of what we're going for - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AOqdWgCsp60

Thanks so much, everybody! Happy holidays! Oh, and just a reminder we're trying to hit 15K on Patreon so we can create a MinnMax Holiday Special! We're close! So if you or anybody you know is looking to promote something on a podcast, check out those higher tiers on Patreon to help us hit it!

I'm thankful for Insomniac for creating Miles Morales and having those amazing glitches. Why "Be Greater, Be Yourself?" when you can be a house or a snowman instead??

Chris

I'm thankful for Ubisoft, for changing Gods & Monsters to Immortals Fenyx Rising. Not only does it force people to try harder to recall the game's name, but it also prevented a huge disaster of customers getting their game confused from their major competition, Godfall. I'm thankful for the cat in Insomniac's Spider-Man Miles Morales. So cute. Did you know the cat that did mocap for that is coincidentally named Yuri Meow-enthal (no relation), and if you rearrange the letters of the cat's name. It spells out 'legalize weed meow' I'm thankful for 'SSD'. Staying Safe, Dingus!

I’m thankful for Konami this year because they proved that the only thing more hopeless than the year 2020, is them actually caring about their intellectual properties, besides using them for cash grab cross overs and pachinko machines.
