Hey guys, I wanted to give you some advance notice on this one, just because I think you're the most likely to be worried.

As I will explain in the update, I am okay, really, and this is not a recent development. It's something I took some time to process before coming back this Spring, and in fact, is a big reason why I took so long to come back when things were looking good earlier this year.

If you have any concern I can assure you on, feel free to reach out, but I promise, I am okay, I'm going to be okay, and I really am coming back to life in small and medium ways.

Thank you for being very good to me, and I am so, so sorry to anyone who is deeply hurt by this one, I know exactly how you feel.
