Happy Belated Birthday for starters! Congrats on having a good trip, I work as Support Staff for a Outpatient MH office and see everyday how difficult it can be for people with PTSD and Anxiety. In that aspect I can see how this trip was a success for you. Keep growing and keep positive, you got this!
