I've always liked the reminder that "wearing diapers and calling me Mommy was my idea, and you agreed" paradigm. As others have also mentioned, diaper checks, and "calling me Mommy" in front of people is fun.

After a long day of playing and going on adventures, baby falls asleep on the floor of the nursery. Baby refused a nap earlier and so you left him alone since you could still see him on the monitor. Baby wakes up and comes looking for you only to find he interrupted a dinner gathering where some of baby's friends were invited. You catch baby right as he hides. You stop the conversation and tell baby to come out. Dressed only in a onesie with bed head, and carrying a stuffy, baby shyly rubs the sleep out of his eyes and reveals themselves. You proceed to mommy him in front of everyone. You notice he needs a change and makes baby go get a new diaper and pj's so you can change and feed him in front of everyone before making him go back to bed.

I've always thought being brought out as a sissy in public and being told what a cute girl I am and maybe have some strangers commenting on my dress or clothing I'm wearing or being changed in public would be rather humiliating. Also, asking to be breast fed and being told I have to have a bottle instead feels like a form of soft punishment that could be fun to explore.

The server finds it really cute, and it happens little one needs a change. The server then offers to help/ change the little one so you can relax.

I really like hearing the phrase “your diaper area”. Even when I’m trying to pretend to be a big girl or when I’m feeling turned on, just always my “diaper area”. It’s like a subtle conditioning to remind me I’m always just a baby. I find it slightly embarrassing, especially around other big-types. Also when messy, I find the slight change of referring to it as “YOUR mess” makes a big difference for me on the humiliation aspect. “Be still so Mommy can clean your mess, sweetie.” Lastly, a really humiliating scenario I like is baby messing almost immediately after a change, but being told I’ll just have to be stuck in a messy diaper for a while cause mommy isn’t gonna change me again. Or better yet, no time for a second change cause Mommy and baby have errands to run. Better just put some plastic pants over the baby’s diaper to help hide the smell so HOPEFULLY no one notices.

I enjoy it when mommy is oblivious to how discussing your diapers with other people is embarrassing to you. Like phoning the school nurse to tell her you've been put back in diapers 24/7 until you get your accidents under control and have to go to her office regularly for checks and changes. Or talking to you in front of your friends about how you have to be home early so mommy can diaper you for the night. Either way I think it's fun humiliation when mommy gives way to many embarrassing details and is completely oblivious to why it would be humiliating to you.

Caregiver feels sorry for the person having to wear a diaper and reassures them that it's OK to wear diapers. It's caring but still humiliating because it focuses on your helplessness and dependence. I'd like to hear comments like "You must be so embarrassed, having to wear diapers. But it's not your fault you've been having accidents."
