Baby has to pee and mommy is encouraging him to hold it in while they try to find a bathroom. He can't hold it and wets his pullup. He starts crying and mommy tells him it's ok and that accidents happen. As he's hugging mommy he messes his pullup too. The extended version can have him changed into a diaper.

A long recording, eg 30 mins, of just background stuff that baby might hear from his crib or playpen during the day: mommy tapping on her keyboard, making coffee for a curious visitor, humming or singing, talking on the phone about him, answering the door for a diaper shipment, plus vague sounds from outdoors too: birds singing, a dog barking, big kids playing etc.
