Robert fight fix in v0.13 (Patreon)

And another one. This fix resolves the issue where some players were unable to fight Robert. With this update, I removed the energy requirement and the step-by-step conditions, so now you can fight him whenever you want, in any order, or even skip certain steps entirely and go straight to the fight to continue the quest. This fix is for Windows and Linux, but you can also copy the file into the same path on Mac.Download link:Win/Linux
