How are you all so good at this…

Very impressed by the handful of you who ended up solving the cover within the first few hours, haha.

But in case you didn’t see the pieced-together version, here’s the official cover of TBATE’s Volume 9: Reckoning.

Stay tuned for Friday, I’ll be uploading a little behind-the-scenes look on how this cover came to be ;)

Fuck it looks cool👁👄👁

Chad

Yo caeras ass doe. Really shipping art with her over tess. Although I'd be all for the three of them marrying. Not against polygamy

Lictor Magnus
>>82165828

Tess never made it onto a cover. I’m hoping this means Turtle is acknowledging the universal truth that Caera is best girl. 🙏🏾

Chad
>>82165828

Lmfao. Agree with the first two comments and the universal truth comment. Shes best girl. Caeras ass doe

Mashrur Khondokar

I like how the sword looks like it's glitch: like it shouldn't exist

Chad
>>82166014

In the new upcoming novel volume Edit. Yeah new volume is 10 so as this is from volume 9 I guess the relicombs unless there was a typo for the volume number

Darijum Lee

YES!!!!!! Will Caera come back and be in the story again with aurther???

Nik D
>>82166512

Small theory.. what if Tess resurrected through caera if Art has to kill The Legacy (forgot her name 😹🥲😅)

Nik D
>>82166014

That has to be the blood temple. Right when he gets the armor maybe

OneTastyBagel

Best boy looking real good up there

Chad

Do you all think turtle expected the lvl of caera shipping most of us have been throwing out there? I feel like he had to have. I also wonder if he originally planned on shipping tess with art but has since changed his mind. I'm gonna be super upset if he ends up with tess. I'll ship both of them together as I'm all for polygamy though ❤

Ilya Trianggela

TESS is the best. Caera is just a friend. Come on guys.

Andru Lee

they look so good

Anrike

From what scene is this because it doesn't look like the victoriad? Amazing amazing art. Absolutely love it. Colors, characters story just great👏👏👏

Yuion
>>82167692

If I had to take a guess its in the tomb where art got his armor

Chad
>>82167313

You wish. Caera is best girl and tess will likely wind up dying. Either that or I ship them both. Polygamy ftw

Galactic_Hermit_

Daaaamn that booty on Caera looks defined 😂🥸👀

Chad
>>82166512

@nik no way. Then 'caera' would be erased when tess awakened and caeras caliber is so far above tess that just isn't remotely possible.

David Baquedano

Isn't Caera's hair blue? that's how I imagined her so far, not sure if I just made it up or it was mentioned.

Ilya Trianggela
>>82167313

Hmmm, polygamy. It's a good idea, lol. I don't know why you guys so hate Tess. You guys think that Tess is such a burden. No, she is normal, just Arthur the unique one. What Tess did when Arthur and Sylvie...(you know...), that just a normal 16 yo girl who wanted to save her parent. She is not a 20's yo girl who is already mature.

bigopon

gj on the shoes :)

George

The art is marvelous! Helps me correct the little things that my imagination got wrong - such as the eather blade being like Dawn Balad's shape - and the armor looks lit! 🔥🔥 and TEAM Caera all the way!!!

rene kaminawash

I would so marry her sadly I'm fat and also not fat just lazy

Antonio Camarillo

I was NOT expecting a traditional longsword made out of aether

VibEz

Anyone have the discord link? I need in on the discord asap

Jesse Gibson

Hahahaha @TurtleMe I think you underestimate how much your fans love this stuff- we are dedicated and motivated ! Also, thank you for sharing! LOVE IT! Lmao I love how people literally pieced it together, you guys are amazing. I LOVE THIS COVER! Arthur’s suit came out so well, it’s even better than I imagined it, I wish we could see more of it without the hood but it’s still absolutely wonderful! Can picture all the names that Regis comes up with to name their little group hahahaha. Ugh can’t wait for the next update! I’ve been hanging by a thread!

Jesse Gibson
>>82166014

I agree with @Nik D I think it’s the blood temple where he got the suit, if you look on the ground you see they are standing in a circle of runes and the ground looks red with like dried blood.

DatAsianKid

Can’t wait for the novel to return again

xroninx
>>82166014

I don’t think this is blood temple since he already has the armour and the first time he wore it was when he was leaving the blood temple. Most likely it’s one of the random ones that they went to after blood temple and before Victoriad.

Anrike
>>82167692

@Yuion I thought that too but I don't remember if he activated the armor once he got it or after he left the zone. Also btw Caera looks smol, from my pov

яσкι

Turtle could you post the full cover and without the lyrics please🥺

xroninx
>>82167692

@Anrike Caera is just crouching down in a fighting stance. Plus, Art is tall and is always stated to be tall (like 6 foot +) so if she’s crouching and is up to his chest then she’s probably at least 5 10’. And to answer ur question, he didn’t use the armour till right before he left the zone where it turned from robes to armour.

Cmander Nam

Ngl I imagined the aether sword to be like Halo's energy blades :P

kyle knight

I've just read through all yo comments and jeez we got some horny Bois and Girls up in here wanting polygamy and saying Caera best girl like guys chill and look at the massive flaming Regis in the back

Ossif

Arthur is looking so good here

nuuT

Art's sword is immaculate, I could stare at it for hours.

Jason

Beautiful

Elnath

Caera best girl

Ali

Why does arthur have horns when the rest of his mask isnt on?? And why does caeras horns look more like a crown now ugh

Dwayne

Holy shit what a great cover! I love it from Caera to Arthur and Regis!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Dragon Commands

Honestly love it, I really hope in future we get some art of Arthur in the caera and seris style you showed us earlier in the year.

BeckIsAlive

The horny trio at its best🙌🏼🙌🏼

Friendly consumer

Tessia puts herself at risk multiple times for no good reason, even the children have better sense than her, I don't hate her as a character but she does some really dumb stuff. She's older than every main character apart from Virion and lances and yet she just blindly runs into situations that the children have shown better judgement not to

Tatornator5 .

CAERA made it to the cover !!! 🙌🙌🙌

Netzach

Hell'oh i'm new. I like this novel a lot,.This cover is great! I didn't imagine Caera like this, and arthur neither.

Bernardo De Cabrio
>>82167313

Well, Caera will most certainly get the Rem treatment. TurtleMe already confirmed in the discord that there will be no harem, so...

Tawwab Rahimi

Is this the for the just finished volume or next. I lost track of volume #’s lol

Trisha

Caera's horns and Regis look so cool!

Flojoe

I love the Cover but doesn't she Look a bit young or is it just me? I mean her face Structure reminds me of a young Person and i thought she is about Arthurs Age?
