Proof of Life #315: Last PoL before release (Patreon)

Hello everyone !

I’ll keep this one short because I’m exhausted and I don’t have much to say.

So, development has been going steady since the last PoL, and I’m getting closer to finish line. If I push a few irl stuff to later, I could probably have the update out by Wednesday evening.

The issue is, artists have unfortunately been slower than I wished. One has been answering later than expected, and the other set their own deadline for last Saturday but I have yet to hear back from them. That means the last scene still has a bunch of placeholders, and I also have more commissions for the freeroams to hand out. I’ve tried reaching out to another artist for help and I'm waiting for their answer, but a Wednesday deadline seems unlikely.

Hopefully, I can have Update 25 ready before the weekend, so fingers crossed. If anything happens, I’ll keep you updated ; )

Her entire race look like Targaryens, since all high elves have white hair, pale skin, and purple eyes. A race of Targaryens. We don't have the budget for dragons though, so I hope you don't mind if I add slightly-bigger-than-average frogs instead^^

i don't think i'll get a reply but when we get near the ending of the game are you going to release all the endings at once? or make a poll on which ending we want first?

Yes you will champ, dev is very good at engaging with his community, even me, a ghost, i still get replies every time i ask something

I'll release one ending per update once we get there. I've already decided of the order. I don't want to release all the most awaited ones first, so I'll most likely go: 1.NTR2 two bicycle, 2&3. Happy&Revenge (either one first), 4.NTR1, women are exclusive to the antagonists

I just spent the morning handing out new commissions and adding the ones I received in (including one I was waiting for), so a release before the weekend is looking more likely now, although I'm still missing a bunch of stuff. Also, working with small pixel art can be tricky. The artists are doing their best, but it doesn't always work the way they want it to^^

I'm doing fine, thanks! I've had to hand out a bit more commissions than expected (for the freeroams and I'm also finishing up one of the mini-stories), so I'm waiting on those. That means I don't have to overwork myself and can take my time until they arrive. No point in rushing just to have to wait on assets anyway^^

So, I'm just waiting on some mroe commissions as we speak, not much. I'm hoping the artist can finish them within the day, because the rest is mostly done.

Just received the first part, and I was assured the other one would be ready within the next few hours. Unless I kick the bucket or something, the update should definitely be out in the next 12 hours or so.
