Yeah I know but from the look of her expression (which looks really good btw). She looks like she is feeling the effects of being low air. Which could make sense seeing how she did not prepare for this long stay underwater

Correct, but not by much. We’ve seen that static apnea for the cousins (unclear on Saki’s part) only increases their hold by around a minute, which I imagine is because even swimming long distances only increases their heart rate by a couple beats. We also don’t know how Chihaya lost her top, so it could be a situation where someone ran into her chest or stomach and knocked most of the wind out of her. Regardless, she wasn’t prepared for a long submersion, which is why she’s already struggling. Limited time to prepare.

It was probably the impact when she hit the water that removed it. I've heard of situations where women lose their tops when going down water slides.

Plus that this embarrassing situation might have increased her heart rate. Which could also result in her breath hold time getting a bit shorter. Alongside the reasons that Titan just mentioned
