Content

As many of you may be aware, our joint Deviant Art website (wave-lens) has been suspended due to posts deemed inappropriate by the DA management.

Just to let you know that we are alive and well and are definitely set to make a comeback after any due improvements are set in place. In the meantime, our activities at Patreon will continue.

Thanks for your support as always.

I haven't been to deviant art in a while but i remember seeing things that should have gotten the poster suspended i even reported them for it. Wouldn't surprise me if they are still up today. All your posts are worthy of praise. Seems to be the case now a days people get suspended when they shouldn't and ones that should skirt under. It doesn't help most of that is automated. Hope everything gets worked out. Johnathan

hope everything works out. maybe post anything that's "borderline" on pixiv

Sooo, is the account "blocked," with everything, comments and all, automatically going back into place once things are resolved, or will everything have to be posted fresh (and all the comments are gone)? Really really really really hoping it's the former.

What? Which post did they ban you for?

Odin Babajic

It's funny how they ban you, but they still allow blatantly pornographic shit without any art behind it run rampant. dA has become obsolete. All the artists are moving either to Patron or Artstation. Usually both! Why don't you guys go to Artstation instead?

The "Mermaid Practice" featuring OC Michiru Suma - also posted here a couple entries down.

Good point - we have noted it has become obsolete. I am not aware of any significant new features in the last couple of years, and the "points" system are very hard to use. It is usually not possible to save up enough points to renew the Premium function...so you end up spending $50 for renewal every year.

Stay strong guys! It is part of the game like they say. You still have your devoted fans to sincerely support your work and what you live for.

I just noticed this morning that your DeviantArt site was suspended - what a shame. A few other people I followed on there have also left over the past week or so. Whatever happens, I'll support you.

L'Ombre

I did not understand why you were suspended?

Misty May

Good luck getting your account back! Hopefully you won't have too hard a time.

4 Minute Summer 05 has been posted, and while a forum thread with -two- good stories in it, well, yah, this pretty much overshadows it. You can read it if you want, I'd think you'd like it. Bad timing, I guess.

Misty May

I was just thinking; savaster's likely to be busy for a while, and I'm sitting on a 5 Minute Summer fan fiction/artwork-ish series with 15 parts and only 5 of them posted, with 10 ready to go, so if there otherwise wouldn't be much posted here for a little bit,...

Have you ever talked it out with the DeviantART admins?

Didrik Svahn
