I love how Tomo gets his time to shrine here. He was even portrayed with devil horns and tail. To showcase how he acts like. But yeah Yuri might not be the best witness seeing how often she ends up in trouble. So having Saki around is probably the best thing if Eri cannot make it

why tomo didn't be the duel witness himself? i think lots of us want to see him holding his breath again. haha.. and i think maybe he can cling to chihaya's shoulder during the freedive to save his oxygen, and being an emergency air sharer when jun reaching her limit. lol..

If Saki was always an option, why not make her the duel witness? Hopefully she shows up in a bikini at least. It’s nice to see Tomo getting something to do for once, and I hope we get the girls in the water soon.

Tomo can’t keep up with Chihaya just yet, unfortunately. That said, I’ve been asking to see him in swim trunks again since the middle of the SakiTomo series. He’s important to the main plot because of who his sister is and his ability to be an attendant to a priestess, but he hasn’t gotten nearly enough training to accompany Saki on her longer dives yet. Maybe if we’re lucky we can see him get in the water here too?

I know that Tomo cannot keep up with Chihaya yet. But I would like to see him try. As we already have seen him do a five minutes dive with no problem. So it would be interesting to see Tomo being pushed to his limits. Seeing how long he would last. Because I don’t see him being that far off Yuri and soon even Chihaya. With his freediving abilities

I’d love to see that too, actually. I just feel that since Tomo isn’t a girl it’s not high on savaster’s priority list. I hope that I’m wrong, but there seems to be a lot of wheel spinning and very little actual progress.

All the pieces are falling into place. That being said, I wonder how Chihaya will react when others beside Jun show up - maybe I'm just implying things that aren't there, but it seemed like Chihaya wanted a strictly one-on-one match, even if that was not how things would likely play out.
