My guess here is that they’ve quadrupled their distance to 12 km (considering it took 13 minutes to run three and it’s natural to have a bit of slowdown as your body falls into a groove). This means they’ve settled into a pattern of roundabout 4:49 per kilometer, which is functionally almost the same as the 4:22 they were posting at lesser distances. Good job, girls!
