Calf Aya would still give you great shanks (leg meat), although not much brisket (breast meat) and her flank (belly) would be too lean. Hehe.

Saki - overall very lean, but expect some fine soft filets from ribs and brisket (lol). Eri - a bit too tough and chewy for any dish. Need more feeding and less grazing to make her tenderer and fattier (sorry).

So Aya would be classified as veal. XD Eri might be a bit tougher, but at least she's beer fed.
