My Dad Death - EXTRAS Part 1 (Comic Pages) (Patreon)

Recently I've had people ask me what happened with My Dad, Death. It was a while since the crowdfunding campaign came to an end. It was unfortunate that it didn't get the funding because it was a really great comic with lot's of potential. I'm still really proud of the art I did on it too.

It was really nostalgic going through the old files and there was a lot I had completely forgotten about. So with permission from James Bowers, the creator of MDD, I will share some art from the comic including stuff that was never released publicly!

Comic Pages:

These were the 5 commissioned comic pages that we used to for the crowdfunding and to send to potential publishers:

The original sketched versions:

Bonus comic page that was created while I was still designing the characters. I think I wanted to get a better feel for the character in the comic environment so I quickly made this mock up:

Sketched cover illustration concepts:

The next MDD EXTRA will focus on character design and I'll be sharing sketches and wip for the designs of the 3 main characters :)
