Also the fact there is cybernetic limbs eye patch man should have a robot eye too. Perhaps he keeps it covered for a reason. Or resents the idea of having to replace parts of himself, so he never got the eye replaced after loosing it

mmm I like the second idea since it's the opposite of the high-tech lady. One is fully into the technology and the other is more traditional.

Yeah keep him traditional, doesn't trust technology and only uses it as a means to an end. Does he use a shotgun?

Yep a shotgun. I should also make him honourable with standards, like a traditional knight/soldier. But still a villain, so Lawful Neutral

He gives a bounty hunter vibe like he hurts ppl bc it's his job and he's good at it. Sorta like he'd shoot the targets leg off to keep his target from running away but wouldn't kill his target cause they are worth more alive than dead. "You'll get over it it was an implant anyway."
