I feel the need to clarify that when I said "I played every Kingdom Hearts game in a year" I used the 1.5 and 2.5 collections so 358/2 Days and Re:Coded were cutscene compilations and not full games

Mid listen so far, but just wanted to comment on James Wood back as Hades - that dude loves voicing Hades and seems to come back for any and all opportunities to voice him. I dislike that man quite a bit but I love his performance

Back again - on the topic of getting the high scores in the mini games (mainly in the 100 acre wood), it is required for Jiminy’s Journal completion to hit certain score thresholds. Completing the journal gets you a trophy in the ps3 and ps4 versions of the game. If I remember correctly, to unlock the secret ending on Standard / Proud difficulty, you needed to complete the journal as well. Playing on Critical difficulty didn’t have this requirement.

Sounds like you got the ideal experience, as those games were not fun to play when I tried them.

Last comment here - really enjoyed this show. I hope the crew can do more Kingdom Hearts in the future (and if for some reason you need an additional willing participant, I will happily join to talk Kingdom Hearts! ;) )
