I got both Playroom and AstroBot Rescue Mission. Honestly I never beat either one but I had a blast for the little bit of time I did play and a great time watching my wife beat these games. I got my VR during the pandemic and this was one of the games I got. It’s a good time but platform games aren’t really something I stick with. And of course I gave Playroom a chance when I got my PS5 and it’s a great welcome to the PS5 game but ultimately I didn’t beat it. Great episode as always gang!

It’s all very well and good that these days we have an abundance of gloomy brooding games exploring seriously deep topics, but sometimes you just want to engage in something that is gloriously playful unabashed fun - and that’s what the Astro titles are all about. Astro’s Playroom sweetens the deal even further with a lovely big dollop of nostalgia. More, please!

Playroom was the greatest Nintendo game that Nintendo didn't make. It reminded me of the tail end of Mario Odyssey, the nostalgia + joyful fun. Also there hasn't been a game yet that made the haptic triggers as fun as pulling the bow was in this. (Honorable mention for Demon's Souls)

I’m disappointed that the PSVR2 won’t be backwards compatible. I’ve got this game and a few others from ps plus and have been thinking of getting a used PSVR but seems better just to wait and get the newer version. Loved Playroom and realizing how cool the Dualsense is. Great pod folks!
